"Overall, the hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early upon request.
The breakfast was nice, although the dining area was a bit small and finding a seat could be challenging due to the number of guests. The rooms were clean, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service back to JB City Square, but it is advisable to book your seat early.
The only downside was that the air conditioning in one of our rooms was quite noisy and loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Despite this issue, I would gladly return to this hotel again."
