The staff is very friendly and helpful.

"The Villas were amazing. The staff cleaned them in the morning and turned down the room for the night. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The staff was beyond helpful. Always stopping what they are doing to say hi and see how you are doing. Made at the restaurant was amazing as were all the other managers on the property.
If you ever truly want to relax the Bali way this resort is the one for you. Highly recommend The Kelapa Resort as this is my 2nd time staying here."

"We've staid for one night in this very nice located hotel in lovina. The room is big en the beds who're good. Only in the bad room we have seen long hairs who didn't belong to one of us. Greet staff and a nice infinity pool. Very nice location at the beach. "
