Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice
The water in the bathtub/shower would not go off. We had to call maintenance. That took about an hour and a half to fix. That made us late for our appointment.

Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing! Motel was completely sold out, and everyone was very friendly even though they were busy. Would stay again just for the staff alone!
