"Helpful staff,dirty bathroom,loose bathroom fittings,air conditioner filthy,didnt work,until roadworks are completed its an awkward entrance to find when heading north,parking is tight gettinginto underground parking area"

"parking on site and very good. room was good and a very comfy bed. Didn't, use aircon,opened door to balcony which is screened, and had fresh air and really good sleeps. would stay there again if in Coffs Harbour. Great value "

"Absolutely wonderful. Being a single female staying in an apartment they specifically made sure I had a secure 1st floor apartment (not ground level) and explained it to me. Staff were delightful. Upgraded me from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. Secure parking, trolley for luggage, easy access to lifts. Spacious, clean & modern room. Definitely will stay again & recommend. "
