"Amazing hotel situated right in the heart of everything KL has to offer. Staff are amazing - a really well oiled machine: warm welcomes all round and nothing is too much trouble. Particular mention for Radhika who manages the Reservations Team. Radhika was on hand before and during our stay to ensure everything was as exactly as promised, and more: totally amazing service!!! From Front Desk to Room Servicing team everything was delivered perfectly. Large rooms - serviced daily - blackout facilities - well stocked mini-bar - comfy beds - waterfall showers...this place has the lot. Pool and Gym facilities are also superb - make sure you have your camera at hand for a eveing swim when the Petronas Towers and KL Tower come to life: breathtaking selfies guarenteed. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Everything is clean and maintained to the highest standards. Have stayed in a great deal of hotels across Asia but this one ranks as one of the best - book in you will not regret it!"
