Dear Edwin, Thanks for choosing us as your hotelier, please accept my apologies for the miscommunication with our hotel staff. We actually started our offer of two (2) complimentary breakfast for booking/reservation after 2nd Sept 2016. As your reservation are made earlier which breakfast voucher will not provided.
