"Nicely appointed room, very clean and new. There was an in-room washer/dryer machine and a kitchenette. This “residence” is located inside the Banyan Tree Hotel through the same main entrance but a different check in process. You have to call the property managers and someone will come down and bring you up to their office located on a different floor. It was slightly surprising but completely professional and easy. "We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "
