Aircon should be managed by the user not the hotel reception"

"Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Il Sogno. Our room was very clean and spacious, with an amazing balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and gave us a lot of great tips for local places to visit. Breakfast was great, fresh and coffee was quality. I really liked a little play area next to the breakfast room where kids could play while parents enjoyed their morning coffee. "This hotel has a great location. Very close to Lake Garda and within easy reach of public transport and the ferry. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and extremely friendly. The property is quite dated, but very clean as is reflected in the rooms. The air conditioning was minimal making it hard to sleep most nights. The greatest negative for us was the noise. From 6am doors were slamming and the volume of noise increased as housekeeping started to clean at 8am. Their supplies were kept in...

Boissons chaudes, fraîches, eau, plats salés, plats sucrés, fruits, fromages, œufs brouillés, gâteaux, etc… Terrasse offrant une vue splendide sur le lac au dernier étage.
