"Beautiful, new, comfortable, safe and convenient. Besides the lack of close bars and restaurants we had everything we needed. Of course the city is uber friendly we were just too early for some of the new bars and restaurants being built. Really enjoyed our stay. I would consider staying at another Roost down the road. "

"Loved the location, vibe, decor, courtyard, property, breakfast, cookies, tea, music.
Didn’t love fenced off walkway, smelly bushes in courtyard, broken door on bathroom.
Pros WAY exceeded the cons."

"By home away from home- and always never lets me down- the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the place is so convenient to the water and my Irish pub and the water taxi is just around the corner and the deli next door has good reasonable food if you don't want to dine out. And the cinema is at the corner next to an icecream shop- what else does one need?"
"Excellent hotel, very good location, close to many places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and complete. Excellent service overall. All the staff were very friendly and kind — from the front desk girls, valet parking attendants, the housekeeping staff, to those serving breakfast. Everyone was excellent. The hotel is very cozy, has a gym, and although I didn’t use it, there is free laundry service."

Didn’t like you had to pay ten bucks to rent a nicrowave tho however super cute. If you want to be added to the list for the breakfast call and do so this hotel is in close proximity of everything bmore has to offer and I loved that. There’s a parking garage across the street 7bucks on the weekends all day / overnight may or may not be cheaper then valet. I would stay here again. "
