Location was perfect - close to shops and grocery stores (to help cut the cost of very expensive dining out in Switzerland). Short walk to Interlaken West train station. Easy bus access. Breakfast was included and was VERY good - lots of variety and delicious! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is older, and room was pretty basic - no bedside lamps (NOT a game changer), and no A/C, which we discovered is common in Switzerland. Temperatures were warm (high twenty's) during our stay, but we were given 2 floor fans which really helped to keep things comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

The property is super comfortable, clean and maintained. My interactions with the staff were all warm and cordial. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and the provided ameneties were also excellent. We could make full use of all cutlery, utensils, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony of our apartment gave us an excellent view of Harder Klum and the funicular. The location of the property is also excellent, being right next to the station, making it easy to just hop on to buses and trains.
