"The hotel was within walking distance of many of the things we wanted to see in San Antonio. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"There was rust on the bathtub, handle for tub comes off, no cold water, that could be a plus. Wall paper coming off, holes in wall. Bed was caved in middle. Then to top it off, HAD FIRE ALARM GO OFF IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT, NOT THE ONE IN ROOM. FINALLY FIND EXIT AND THEY HAD A PAD LOCK ON GATE TO GET OUT SO WE WERE STUCK ON 2ND FLOOR!!!! THANK GOD NO FIRE OR WE WOULD HAVE BURNED OR WOULD OF HAD TO JUMP FROM 2ND FLOOR TO RIVER. AFTER FIRE ALARM NEXT DAY NOT 1 STAFF MEMBER ASK IF THINGS WERE OK. THE PLACE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ON LINE"

"The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer."
