I didn't stay at Holiday Inn, I requested Meridian, MS., you gave me a location 40 minutes back the other direction. Please understand, i've done a lot of packages with you all, this is unacceptable. "At a first glance, the LEDs were nice, but became annoying since there was no way to fully turn them off when we wanted. There were no actual lights by the jacuzzi. The bed creaked loudly at light movements. The thermostat said it was 65° inside when it most definitely was not. The bed pillows were small and uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom shower. The smart TV was nice to have. The jacuzzi worked fine, although the water pressure could've been higher to fill it quicker...

"Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

"The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to since no password was required. The hotel was fairly clean, but there was a strong odor throughout the hallways. I’m not sure if it was from cleaning products or because the hotel is pet-friendly. The room was comfortable, but it could use a microwave for guests who want to reheat leftovers. There also wasn’t enough coffee provided, and neither the room nor the bathroom trash cans had liners. "Breakfast was great they have the world famous grits this hotel was totally great except running out of bath towels was my only issue"

"Room was a bit dusty. Floor was dirty to walk on. One of the beds had a bunch of hair, a booger, and a smear of blood but the bed was made as if someone slept on it without getting in the covers. It would have been hard for the cleaning staff to have caught it. Other than that everything else was super clean, staff was amazing, its quiet, and a great price!"
