"The hotel is new and clean. The first couple of days of our stay was ok, although our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The problem came during the weekend when there were loud parties and guests. The walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin. So you can hear everything, including the TVs, of all the rooms around you. We were on the third floor and the average noise from the parking lot was very noticeable. Also, there is a freight train that passes near the hotel every night and then at about 6:15 am with loud and constant whistles and bells. The location is very good, staff is very friendly and hotel is clean and overall nice. But, hard to get a good rest."

"Noisy, rattling AC unit...Needed a second TV in sitting area instead of trying to twist your neck trying to watch the one in bedroom. No sink in kitchenette area. Open closet like you would see in a cheap roadside motel. Holiday Inn should have higher standards than this property, especially with the $170 a night charge."
