"Bed was very comfortable. Couch and pull out part weren’t great. Couch was very old and had a cover wrapped on it. When we arrived someone was smoking on our floor and it smelled terrible, staff took care of situation quickly and cleared the smell out. They were all great and helpful."

"This hotel is horrible. The choices were limited for the Morgan Wallen concert, and prices inflated. I paid over $700 for this room that made me feel exceptionally unsafe. You can see through to the hallway from the spaces between the door and the frame. There were stains on the sheets and bed, stains on the floor, a large crack through the wall and dirt and grime everywhere. There was a bug that crawled out of a hole in the bathroom floor.
