"Pretty new, clean, and a great location. Close to public transport but I can’t imagine having a car here. Modern design but one side of the bed had a tiny “nightstand” with an outlet but nothing at all on the other side"

"Very good hotel overall but there is a serious problem with the design of beds and their protruding legs, with sharp angles. Despite being very careful, we still ended up with a cut to the leg. "

"Very friendly staff helpful with information and any questions. Able to store bags before and after check in/out with no problems. Tristram was extremely welcoming and chatty in a warm and professional way. The room had everything we needed along with free water and a very effective heating/ cooling system. A bit of fun with the toilet button in reception, try it if you stay. The hotel is close to walk to all major attractions and has shops/ cafes near by and the tram. Highly recommend."
