The property is absolutely beautiful, it’s small and convenient right in front of a spectacular castle a couple blocks from downtown, everything was so close and so nice. The room was a little bit small as we took the cheapest option, but good in general. "

Only improvements: the pillows were not comfortable at all and one of the beds had some fuzz and what appeared to be hair. The bathrooms were spotless so I chalk it up to a mistake. "locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across.
