"The parking was free and easily accessible, the room was larger than I expected, clean and with big window so a lot of sunlight. It was very quiet at night, the bathrooms were easily available. My only complaint is there was no A/C so I had to sleep with the windows opened because the room got very hot in the afternoon. Overall, well worth the price"

"Very disappointed in this stay. Expedia stated daily room service but the hotel stated that it was only every second day. On our 3rd day we came back and our room still wasn’t cleaned, when I called again they tried to tell me it was only cleaned after a 3 day stay. They did however send someone up. But to not even receive clean towels without having to ask is ridiculous. Also there are a lot of construction workers in the hotel who hang out at the entrance smoking weed. The smell of weed...

"The staff were truly amazing and made our stay so special for me and my boyfriends anniversary. We got to chat with staff and they greeted us daily. They set up a nice surprise with a card, champagne and cheesecake after we explained why we were staying. They were so warm and welcoming! I will definitely be back again to stay with them, it was truly so amazing and we could’ve have asked for a better anniversary."

"My day was excellent. Easy check-in nice room great location. It was very clean. My supper was delicious that I had. I would recommend it to anybody that wants to stay close to everything downtown. Comparing it to other hotels in the area for price point was excellent also considering that other places were about two or $300 more than what I paid for my two nights stay."

"Back in my college days this unit would have been considered top of the line. The location is excellent, situated a few minutes from the touristy harbour area right next to the Lieutenant Governor's residence. The unit is fully equiped and parking a short walk away. Unfortunately we could not get the hockey game on their tv but were readily granted a late check out. Considering the price it was a deal."

"Beautiful building outside, horrible building inside. No lift to my floor at the top of the building, no staff to carry my suitcase up the stairs. Damaged decor, thread bare damaged blanket, no facilities for making hot drinks Very noisy all night like being inside a tumble drier, play the video attached to see damage to heating system in corridor and turn up the volume to hear the awful continuous noise Communal wash room and toilet lock did not work"

"We stayed for one night. Once checked into our room, we realized the room hadn’t been cleaned.. We called the front desk and the staff were absolutely incredible! They apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. This issue was handled immediately, I was very impressed! The property is beautiful, and centrally located. The hot tub/pool area was great! The two queen bed suite was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. We will definitely return in...
