"I’ve stayed at many Hyatt locations and this one was on par with the others. My only recommendation is that staff be educated on laws pertaining to service dogs, as we were told our required service dog wasn’t allowed in the pool area, which isn’t compliant with the law. Otherwise everything was fantastic."

"Great hotel! Beautiful rooms, amazing places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was the alleyway by my room had garbage truck getting all the trash from dumpsters at 5:30am. Extremely loud and went on for 15 min or so. Not the hotel’s fault and I’m nitpicking but it was very loud at such an early morning time"
