"Jättefint och superlugnt boende en kort promenad från utgrävningarnas entre. Smakfulla rum och trevlig personal. Gratis parkering. Ett jätteminus dock för att någon (gissningsvis personalen) röker i anslutning till matsalen där man äter frukost, så äckligt. Inte lite röklukt utan superstark, som ett rökrum. "Very unique decor, with rooms decorated with wallpaper which replicates several of the actual paintings visible on the walls in the ruins of Pompei. The host was very congenial, and we felt we were treated well. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well, breakfast in the morning was nice, and the shower in the room was the best I have experianced in Europe! I would stay here again!"

Our stay was most comfortable with a spacious room, with a private terrace, and the extra amenities provided by the hosts. Location is great. "Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in de B&B van Antonella! Het begon al bij de ontvangst, waarbij wij vanaf de eerste minuut moesten relaxen.
 Antonella zette meteen een koffie voor ons met een stuk taart. Geen moeite was haar teveel.
 Het mooiste voorbeeld was wel dat wij de auto moesten laten staan en dat zij ons zelf wegbracht naar de excursie naar de opgravingen.

Great (and inexpensive) pizza place a couple of hundred metres down the road (recommended by Antonio), and a couple of hundred metres from two supermarkets. "Hard to get into (we had to wait, with our child in the back seat), area was kind of depressing, with a view of the freeway, not Mt Vesuvius. Most facilities in the photos are shared. There is a pool, but it’s not very special. Owner was nasty. When we pointed out some of these things, she said we couldn’t stay there, even for one night, but Expedia charged our card anyhow, so buyer beware.
