"Really loved this hotel. The move away from traditional hotel model is refreshing and suits my style perfectly. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. They also think about the little things, like a personalised note and charging cables, which really added to the experience. It's in a relatively isolated part of town, but that's not necessarily a problem. Plenty of public transport, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. Will stay at these hotels again...

"The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was large and spacious and clean. Only 2 unexpected issues- I was put in a handicap room, and the shower door did not close so water was everywhere, and the bells from Town Hall are VERY LOUD at night. Not sure if a room on another side of the hotel would have helped? Also not sure if those bells ring every night...."

"This hotel is located close to National Theatre rail station which is a direct link to the airport. There is a tram stop and taxi rank close by, although we found it so easy to walk around this beautiful city. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very welcoming . The hotel provided the best breakfast I have experienced on my many travels. The only diwnside was that they missed making up our room on the agreed day, but fresh towels were provided promptly. "The breakfast buffet was my favorite part of the state, with many hot dishes and cold cuts available every morning, as well as two kinds of fish: smoked and cured. The hotel rooms are not air conditioned so I don’t know if I recommend it for the hot or even warm months of the year as I prefer to keep the windows closed when I sleep and it did get stuffy in the room towards the morning in mid-April. I strongly recommend this hotel as an option for all mild weather travelers!"

"Best value for money in the area. The rooms are efficient, location is convenient, and cafe is solid. There is even an ironing room on the 7th floor, which I ended up using on my last evening. As a runner, I valued quick access to the fitness center at an affiliate hotel, running path along the water (Akershusstranda), and Smoothie Xchange in Byporten—all within 400 meters (.25M) of the Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station. Staff were the best, knowledgeable about the area and personable. Matias provided recommendations that I hadn't previously found in my research, and Julia and Evelina seemed to learn my morning routine—down to the coffee. "
