Clean, comfortable and so close to town

It was exactly what I expected - Clean, comfortable, and with a great patio for morning coffee. It is minutes away from downtown Hamilton and the host was available as needed. I will definitely use them again when back.

Lovely Guest House in convenient location

We stayed during the low season with not many other guests and as such, had many interactions with the property owner (all great). We had two requests and all solved quickly to our satisfaction. Property convenient to waterfront and downtown. Did not use the pool, but looked lovely.

The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. I also appreciated the small fridge and microwave. The room is in need of updating, and the house as a whole smelled damp. But the location was convenient and it was quiet.

This was a last minute booking as our flight got cancelled due to the hurricane, it was pleasant enough, didn’t realize not all rooms had a kitchenette and I brought some groceries. They were kind enough to find me a toaster and the room did have a microwave and fridge. The pool was closed all the time we were there due to the hurricane. Nice big room with a balcony, and a short walk down the hill to hamilton. No elevator so be warned if you have lots of luggage.

I recently stayed at EdgeHill Manor and, unfortunately, found the experience quite disappointing. While the location is excellent—very central and convenient—the property itself is extremely rundown. The rooms were clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable with a decent mattress, but that’s about where the positives end. The rest of the furniture was outdated, worn, and in need of serious repair or replacement. I had booked a room with a kitchen, expecting some added convenience, but the amenities were so poorly maintained that it simply wasn’t worth the extra cost. It’s a real shame, because with a bit of care and investment, this property could offer a much better experience. The bathrooms were especially unpleasant—my colleague was standing ankle-deep in water by the end of his shower due to poor drainage, and all the showers ran only scalding hot water with no cold option at all. The one upside? The air conditioning did work. Edge Hill Manor has potential, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great location, friendly and courteous staff. Nice rooms with view and balconies to sit down and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine watching the sunset. Only a couple of blocks from Front Street in Hamilton.

The Guest House is within walking distance of the Waterfront offices on Pitts Bay Road. The room was clean, with everything you need. Good location. Communication with the manager was very good.

Avoid this place at all costs sun standard

Arrived between check in hours no meet & greet as described The room had one glass NO cutlery or basic facilities inc plates etc yet a microwave provided Whole place was shabby, run down nothing like the photos on the site Avoid it and spend a little more money elsewhere to enjoy a relaxing,comfortable time!!!

Lana…The owner was very nice and really helpful, she couldn't do enough for us. The guesthouse was a 5-6 minute walk into Hamilton to shops and restaurants. The room had a small kitchen also. Lana moved us as the stairs were abit much for my spouse, he had surgery previously.

3 Tage Aufenthalte - Kein Room Service - Kein Frühstück oder ähnliches - ich glaube das Hotel war komplett verweist (zumindest habe ich nie jemanden vom Hotel gesehen). Self Check-in und Self Check-out (lass den Schlüssel im Zimmer) war ganz ok
