"As soon as we got off the elevator to check into our room, the power went out throughout the whole hotel. Imagine if it went out while we were in the elevator.
The room was very hot. We had to call the maintenance to fix the air but they couldn't fix it when they arrived, so we slept in heat for two nights (night 2 & 3). The air only worked night 1.
And the TV wasn't working properly, in which a had to call someone from front desk to assist."

"Clean pleasant room. Staff were pleasant. Cafeteria breakfast was well-stocked, many choices. The patio around the pool, and the pool itself are nice hangout spots. Location convenient to MIA. My room was nice and well-appointed, but just for spending the night. If I was at the hotel during the daytime I would plan to use the ample hotel public spaces as the room itself didn’t have much hang out space."
