"Stay itself was mostly ok, rooms were great, but main issue was getting in the room. Check in was said to be around 4 and took them a while after that to even get in, also even before checking in had to go to the concierge desk which bombarded us with requests to go buy a timeshare. Even after the delay we were still getting asked about it.
