The customer service was immaculate. The young man was kind, and it was an seamless check in. The property and room were very clean, and comfortable. The food and drinks at the resturant werr delicious, and again, great customer service. I would absolutely recommend to others!

Park Central South Beach
Great location. Very nice hotel. Attentive staff. We had a nice stay. Ocean view, good value. Could do a better job with soundproofing. Breakfast was good (one coffee included but tea was extra?), drinks were very expensive.

Very clean room. Air conditioner working great. Didn't like the pool closing at 7pm. Would have been better if closed at 10 pm so we could have enjoyed the fresh air instead of hanging out in our rooms
