"lokasi hotel dan airport shuttle yg disediakan sgt membantu saya. saya jg bisa titip koper pd saat saya short trip ke tempat2 tertentu. sayangnya mereka tidak memberitahu saya saat ada perubahan jadwal airport shuttle yg menjadi per 2 jam. Sehingga saya harus menunggu 2 jam di airport"

La experiencia ha sido excepcionalmente satisfactoria: el personal se mostró sumamente amable y servicial, las instalaciones estaban impecables, el ambiente era super tranquilo, el desayuno era muy completo y la ubicación resultaba estratégica y segura. "Everything was excellent."

"I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. Some of the staff were not welcoming, will never stay here again"
