"Our stay at Sunrise Inn Williamstown was great. The room was very clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit. We observed the staff cleaning the sidewalks as they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was offered, however due to time restrictions we didn't eat there. We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi. I think my only issue would be with the mattress, they were a bit on the wore out side, but not horrible. We would definitely stay if we were to be in that area again. "

"When we got to the room we checked everything. The toilet seat was up and had urine on it. We let the front desk know and they gave us another room. We went to that room and it smelled like fresh smoke so we went back to our original room. After that, we didn’t have any problems. The beds were comfortable. And the staff were nice. We stayed there to visit the Ark Encounter. I wish there were more breakfast options. There wasn’t a water station or a selection for people with stricter dietary requests. "

"This place needs to take better care of their rooms. The lobby is gorgeous, and then you get to your room and the carpet is stained, the paper is peeling off the walls, and there were tiny holes in the sheets. My refrigerator didn’t even work. For the price…it’s not worth it at all. I will not be back. "
