"Wonderful resort with amazing views, very green, was so impressed with infinity pool with a view towards the river and forest. Good memories and photos. Staff a very professional and friendly very helpful, Demi was very helpful to plan our stay and activities around the resort, made our stay well and comfortable. Definitely a place to revisit 🙂"

"The gorgeous setup of the resort with breathtaking lilly ponds and beautiful flowers with Ganesha and goddesses statues gave a very peaceful and meditation vibes. Our restroom/toilet flush system on the side was something I didnt like."

"The service was excellent—definitely over 5-star level. However, the room was not very comfortable due to noise from running water. It seems the sewer pipes might not be installed properly. Whenever guests on the 4th floor used water, it became very noisy in our room"

"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again.
