"The rooms were new and clean. The 2BR unit has 2BA which was a nice surprise, because the website was not clear about it. The kitchen items had to be requested at the front desk and were minimal if you plan to cook a meal."

"This was almost a pleasant experience in an older hotel in desperate need for a renovation. While checking in I was told that I received a complimentary room upgrade for which I was extremely grateful for. There were some other minor issues, one working elevator for majority of the trip causing extremely long waiting times for the elevator, I also had a package delivered that they couldn’t find. But the real kicker was at checkout when they charged me close to $300 for my “complimentary room upgrade”. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else"

"Good stay"

"We stayed 5 nights. There was my wife and 3 kids and the room looked liked it had bodily fluid throughout. The kitchen walls were gross, and when we requested our room to be cleaned, it never happened. The pool and hot tub were also dirty. I felt like a bad parent letting them swim and sleep in the room. Breakfast food was less than desirable, valet never received our request when we called from the room. The air/heat did not work in our room and one day (it was early spring) it was a 80 degree day and the room was so hot to sleep in. It never got fixed. This is not a place I would stay again. "
