The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about.

Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City
Where to begin, well the water pressure was very low had a hard time trying to wash hands because faucet is small and pressure so low. Windows no insulation every noise on the street from homeless yelling to idiots reving their cars to music could be heard loudly on the 9th floor.

Everything was beautiful; there was two hiccups 2/3 elevators lost service and the microwave as requested wasn’t in room. Unfortunately the room was not clean… first room smelled like moldy.. They changed the room for us right away which was nice but in new room didn’t have good heat system, we were not comfortable staying and the TV didn’t work at all, disconnecting every 15min, didn’t seem cleaned well, big hair ball ...
