"As close to right downtown as can be at this price point. Understood what I was getting into with shared bathrooms, hearing other guests absolutely destroying the toilet while I'm taking a shower, not surprised the laundry card machine and multiple vending machines ate my change; it's whatever, I've stayed in student housing before and have had a great time. This time, however, was completely derailed by finding a bed bug directly before bed halfway through the trip.

"It was frustrating to go back to the front desk to get new keys as keys did not work. I need to go back to them 3 times during my 2 days stay. First of all, you must swipe the keys very slowly to open the door. We spent few minutes opening the door, finally other guest walking by told us the trick. Secondly, keys do not work all the time.
Hotel Management - You must consider upgrading your locks to RFID as soon as you can."

"We had booked here 2 night arriving in NL and 2 nights leaving after 2 weeks touring . You are downtown and close to everything. $35 flat rate taxi fee from airport. Felt safe. Downtown Streets could use alittle TLC. Next to Duckworth pub which is famous for its fish and chips. Couldn’t tell you as it can be very busy. We even hiked to Quidi Viti via signal hill. But taxi home. The building is historic but quaint. Of course no elevator therefore stairs to rooms. Rooms were nice. Pay alittle...
