"Clean rooms "

"Friendly staff and a nice overall atmosphere. The service was welcoming and made the stay pleasant. However, the shower was very dirty, which was disappointing and took away from the experience. With better attention to cleanliness, this place could be much better. I also wish we had been informed ahead of time about the construction at the beach, as we weren’t able to enjoy it on Saturday and Sunday because of the work being done."

"The only breakfast was some cereal and oranges one day they had 6 apple cinnamon pastries but that was it. The rooms coffee pot didnt work, the microwave didnt even have the plate in it. There's no pans or silverware or any of that. The pictures are all old the sky lights above the pool have been painted completely over. The staff besides the maids were all rude. The floor was so dirty my feet were black after a hour of walking around in our room. The ice machine didnt work either. The coffee in the lounge was old. It was a terrible experience. We won't be back."

"First, this is more of a motel than a hotel as the rooms open to the outside. It also advertises a "private beach" but it is a very small area with a few chairs that leads to the bay (not the ocean). The actual beach is a several minute walk across a busy street. While they provide bikes, and surf boards, there are very few other ammenities. However, we thought the rooms were clean and maintenence was responsive to an issue we had. We believe the facilities to be appropriately priced for the age and condition of the property. "
