My room had ants in the bathroom, particularly in the counter & sink area. These tiny ants actually got inside my “7 days” container of vitamins and medications, so I threw away everything in the container. The previous evening’s check-in was ridiculously long, and I had only one, lone person in front of me in line. Very inefficient and slow, despite reserving the room in advance (thru Expedia). Worst check-in I had on my trip (5 hotels) - it should not take over 15 min to handle two customers in line. Also, at breakfast (which ends at 9am….the earliest end time I have seen), the floor in the dining room was gross with sticky floors in the area of the juices and coffees. Perhaps an employee could have checked the dining room area at least once, but I didn’t see any employees while I was eating. I definitely will not stay at this hotel or similar Best Westerns in the future.
