"The hotel itself is a great place to stay, and I really enjoyed my overall experience. However, the hotel staff was the main disappointment. I believe the hotel could benefit from better customer service training to ensure guests are treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect. (Specially receptionists.) With better-trained staff, this hotel could be an even better place to stay."
