Stay at Grand Caribbean West

My boyfriend and I stayed at this location while we were attending a wedding. The place was clean and super close to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back some time in the future.

The front door would get stuck and we would have to redo the code a few times before we could get in the room but other than that it was a really nice place and close to the beach.

Great experience

Absolutely wonderful experience at Grand Caribbean West Condo in Perdido Key! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views and immaculate interiors. The condo provided all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. The location is prime, offering easy access to local eateries, shops, and the pristine beaches. The staff was accommodating and ensured our stay was memorable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a slice of paradise!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was walking distance to the public beach, needs a few repairs to the pool/hot tub area but they're still in decent enough shape to use. It requires a code to get into the parking lot and the gate that leads to the beach, we found that you do intact need to enter the # at the walking gate despite what the sign says at the gate. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Good property for the short notice booking. Access to beach was decent and the property is run well, rules are enforced and fairly quiet for a holiday weekend. Only problem we had was the door lock was unreliable and would sometimes take 5 mins to get it open. Management was easy to get a hold of but they just offered to put a work order in. We spent the last two days of the visit worried if the next time we left to go somewhere if we would be able to get back in. Overall property was good. Pool was clean and warm but not too warm.

There was people there with 7 kids over running the pool so my grandbaby couldn't even swin and cone to gind out they were locals that knew the gate code! No security so anyone could come there and they did! Next time ill pay the extra and stay oceanside where i know and seen they enforce security. Mt unit was very dated and the appliancen work enough tobget by at best. We stayed in 407W for reference

The wi-fi was extremely slow, but this was a real vacation so this forced us to unplug and relax. Had I needed to log-in to work I would have been required to leave the condo and find reliable internet. It is a short and safe walk to the public beach, but the public beach area is TINY. We bought a 7 day pass for $25 for the state park at the end of the road and went there during the day. I was surprised that the unit is limited to only one parking pass and public parking is nearly impossible to find close by - so if you are a two car party be prepared to Uber.

Our stay was good. We were given all the information needed. We didn’t have any problems getting in the gate or room. We did have an issue with the parking pass not being there. I was told to write on a piece of paper and someone would bring it the next morning. By the time we got the pass we already had a warning on our car. Thankfully it was just a warning and everything was fine. That’s the only issue we ran into and not a big deal. The man working on the grounds was very friendly as well!
