"Great staff! All three of different desk members I interacted with were personable, friendly, and helpful. There was always coffee and water available in the lobby and everything in the hotel is very convenient not long walk to rooms, etc. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Also the cable TV had a number of channels not the limited variety sometimes get. Although you really couldn’t walk anywhere it was five or 10 minutes to any food or groceries, etc. I stay at both Hilton and Marriott and the level of service was comparable and the comfort of the bed and room as well. I would say probably the only thing that was a cost cutting measure would be the towels as they were not your thicker variety. But it is very well priced for the stay.I will definitely plan on staying there the next time I am in Pensacola."
