Family of 4 stayed for nearly a week. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The room was clean. The room attendants were attentive, friendly and personable. The primary food attendant (should have notated her name) during breakfast was consistently friendly and ensured breakfast was stocked and area was continuously cleaned. Alice was very knowledgeable about the hotel industry and made excellent suggestions for the Pensacola area for our multi-generational family Spring Break vacation. The spacious lobby and game area were perfect for quietly winding down after long days at the beaches and other trip activities.
Local restaurant. Great food and cultural area downtown. Recommended by hotel and staff.
Breakfast, Quick Serve Pancake Maker. Just wave your hand.

Our stay at this hotel was not pleasant. We set the room temperature to 72 degrees in order to sleep well but it was automatically reset to 82 degrees during the night; it was so hot that we woke up and had to reset the thermostat. Meanwhile, the AC was extremely loud. The insulation was not good, as you can hear people talking in the surrounding areas during the night. The complementary breakfast didn’t offer many choices. We were the first couple of guests at the breakfast at 6:00 AM and the container for hard boiled eggs were empty. When we asked for hard boiled eggs, we were told that they ran out of them. Seriously? It appeared that they didn’t even have any in the first place. In addition, the “yogurt” tasted like flour paste. Overall, it was not a good experience and we will avoid Tru by Hilton in the future.

Clean room! Looked brand new. Although the lack of carpet is good for cleanliness, it made everything echo in the room. Not a deal breaker. Good location near lots of restaurants, convenient to the airport which was why I picked it. Friendly staff.

Parking was terrible. People was parking their travel trailers, trucking trailers across the parking lot taking up 6 to 7 parking spaces at one time. There wasn’t enough parking spaces as is and for there to be like 4 trucks taking up the spaces is crazy. You had to get there before 7pm to have a good parking spot and I stayed 2 nights and had to hurry back so I didn’t have to park across the street

The shower And this place absolutely understood the assignment. First of all, the bed? Elite. The kind of mattress that hugs you back after a long travel day. I laid down “just for a second” and almost missed dinner. It’s that dangerous. Now let’s talk about the pillows. FOUR of them. And not those sad, flat pancakes you find in some hotels. These pillows are “Oh my God” soft. They melt. They adapt. They basically customize themselves to your head like they went through a training program just for you. And then… the shower. Listen. After a long vacation day or a full travel schedule, you need water pressure that makes you feel alive again. This shower? Strong. Steady. Refreshing. Possibly the best hotel shower I’ve had. All the amenities you need, no excuses. The cherry on top? You get greeted with a goodie bag at check-in drinks, water, little essentials. It’s like the hotel saying, “Relax, we got you.” And they really do. The staff? Extremely friendly. Welcoming. The kind of energy that makes you comfortable enough to write a review while you’re still here which is exactly what I’m doing. I’m completely blown away and 100% satisfied. Family-friendly, comfortable, and exactly what I look for in a stay. Would I return? Without hesitation. By the way Mayela offer excellent service.

When we arrived, the automatic front doors weren't working so we had to walk around the back of the hotel to get in. The sign also said the wifi was down. Upon check-in, front desk charged a $100 incidentals charge which seems ridiculous since there is no restaurant on site and only small items for purchase such as chips and sodas. Very small room with bare necessities. Overall, not impressed with this line of Hilton hotels and would not book again.

Room was very clean. Jason, the main guy, was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast and coffee was great. Especially enjoyed the friendliness of Jane when the lobby wasn't busy. Don't know why, but we were closest to the highway yet did not hear traffic noise. Maybe because we were on 4th floor. The one king-size bedroom was without a closet, it wasn't needed, because the room had hooks and hangers. Actually, kind of nice, because our stuff was visible and we didn't have to worry about forgetting items. No microwave in room, but there was one in lobby. Overall exceptional stay for a fair price.

The room was fine. The staff could have been more welcoming upon check-in. The breakfast was disappointing- pancake machine was out of order as well as the yogurt. There were 2 packaged muffins as well as some bread and I few bagels, I did have some oatmeal but my husband and daughter were disappointed.
