"Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. "The hotel itself is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience. So many issues. First off there is no one working the desk after 5pm (and open again at 9am). We checked in after 5pm and there wasn’t even a sign telling us what to do. I finally called and was redirected to a neighboring hotel. Had to drive over there to get checked in. The elevator walk from parking garage to our rooom was like nothing I’ve ever encountered. Only way to the other building was to take the elevator...
