"Nice clean place that offers breakfast what more can you ask for. This place is a must stay when visiting Peoria because it's also close to everything no need to drive far for anything such as restaurants or shopping."

"I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. Very comfortable clean room with small kitchen that was perfect to reheat some leftovers and enjoy tea in the morning. It’s in a great location for access to downtown shopping and restaurants. There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. "Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it. On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service."

"Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card.
