"As a hotel executive in New York City, I am a big fan of Turkish hospitality. No country can beat Turkish hospitality and service culture. My room was modest and clean. Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity. "Amazing location. Lovely quiet, clean room but the real standout here is the staff. The guys on the front desk are so lovely and patient. We were only in Istanbul for two days, but they gave us a lot of useful advice and suggestions. On our way home from Istanbul we were almost at the airport when they texted us to let us know we had left my phone in the room. I was distraught but they quickly called a cab and had the cab driver deliver the phone to the airport. They saved the day!!!"
