Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise. The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service. I would rate it close to a five star.

Very nice hotel. Got the Pera suite which offers a great view of Istanbul. The hotel is located on a busy street so there’s access to many shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and proactive. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! We were greeted by the sweetest female concierge. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. However, if for some reason she's not around, everyone was super pleasant, gave great recommendations and were always available for any questions we had. Rooms were very clean and pretty spacious. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast in the morning had alot of options as well. Overall, we would definitely return!

Great experience, perfect location

Good service, clean room, great breakfast, amazing location. All around great experience. Very close to anything you'd like to visit, some minutes of walking and you're there. Breakfast that covers every need, tasteful and with variety. Personnel was very friendly and was willing to help us anytime.

the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious with very good amenities. Some recommendations to make it better. In the breakfast area, juice should not be prefilled into cups but in a big bottle where guests can fill themselves. Add a station to cook eggs and add more diversity of croissants, etc.

Amazing hotel

A great hotel, atmosphere and location. Room very nice and clean with a great view. Nicely lit and equipped. Modern room, restaurant modern and nicely decorated. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I travel to Istanbul frequently. However, this hotel was a delightful surprise for us. We had initially planned to stay for only five days but ended up extending to 22 nights. It was an excellent decision. The staff's interaction with the guests was outstanding. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, free of unpleasant odors, or anything that you might encounter in some other hotels. I used three rooms in the hotel—three rooms of different sizes and levels. All three were equally clean, well-organized, and the staff interaction was consistent. The hotel is excellent for transportation, with very close connections, and Istiklal Street’s beauty needs no introduction.

I give four star to following reason: I liked the location of the hotel in the middle of shopping district but there is one big problem in regards to accessibility via taxi. There was five of us with large luggages and the Taxi drivers got into very heated argument with local police in two different occasions since they wouldn't allow for taxi to unload for two minutes. I'd like to mention that access to hotel is a bit difficult since small roads ending up to Isteklal Cd. are all steep and handling and dragging large luggages are quite challenging. I believe the hotel should make an arrangement with local officers to accommodate this problem and consider an exception.
