"Hotel is convenient and saved us with airport transfers to external hotels in Mumbai's sweltering heat. however others should be aware that their hotel rooms have NO windows, even though this isn't mentioned on their advert! and walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERY noise. we were woken up at 1 & 4 am with room cleaning staff chatting in hallway, then toilets flushing, people in other rooms having long chats. so all in all an awful nights sleep! Also hotel WiFi is glitchy. and they couldn’t fix the issue all night. we would avoid to be honest, but it was convenient. Staff were polite and tried ti be helpful though."
