"Check in denied on the bookings made through Hotel.com.. had to settle the entire room rate on cash. The check-in formalities took a lot more time than normal. Would not stay at the hotel again"

"The hotel is beautiful but not maintained.
The bath tub is terrible you will not feel like stepping inn for a shower. The room which had carom,snooker & table tennis stinks of old moist carpet. When i asked the person over there can i play a game of pool he was not even intrested in opening the table cover in-fact is telling me play carom that is free and no where it was written playing pool is chargeable he was just a lazy a..
