Nous avons aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel Les Trois Soeurs. Notre chambre avait une belle vue sur le rocher Percé. À recommander! Nous avons aussi pu marcher partout dans la municipalité.

Déception

Accueil de Dany excellent, mais malheureusement la directrice n'est pas à la hauteur de ses fonctions : après lui avoir signalé que notre chambre (occupée 2 nuits) n'avait pas été faite !alors que nous avions mis l'affiche "merci de faire la chambre " ,sa réaction a été de se réfugier derrière le fait que depuis la Covid les clients ne souhaitaient pas que l'on rentre dans leur chambre ! A ce moment là il est inexplicable que les pannonceaux soient à la disposition dans les chambres, qu'une notice visible ne figure ni à la réservation, ni à l'accueil, ni dans notre chambre 38! Selon cette politique évoquée par la directrice il est inacceptable que lors de notre arrivée le protocole d'accueil ne prévoit pas de demander notre consentement pour faire la chambre. Manque de réaction de la direction d'autant que les chambres ne sont pas moins chères. Quand la chambre du dessous branche son ventilateur cela fait un bruit d'enfer dans notre salle de bain. Cela fait 10 jours que nous sommes au Québec c'est la première fois que nous avons cette mauvaise expérience hôtelière. Petit bémol au niveau du confort ; il n'y a pas de coffre . Dommage petite station balnéaire très agréable.

Great Location

Great location. Right on the beach and we could see the Rock from our hotel room. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Parking was great. Absolutely no complaints.

Nice place with very amazing view to the sea

Really nice place to stay if you want to stay in the most touristic area of Percé. It's not directly in the main center of the small town, but just outside (just a 3-5 minutes walk), meaning there's no one to bother at night outside. There is also a drug store nearby if you need something quick. The room had a nice view directly to the sea. The person at the reception was really receptive and helpful when my aunt needed a spare bed which they let us have (at 15$ a day which is perfectly fine). And speaking of view, the hotel is located just beside the sea and there are several available benches outside the hotel area where you can just sit and enjoy the sea. For people like us who are so used to the busy cities, the place really gave us a calming effect. Really breathtaking view to the sea and the famous rock. The only negative comment I can say is that if you sleep on the ground level, you'll clearly hear the people walking on the floor above you. Otherwise, really recommended place.

Great staff in the hotel. Room was clean. Mattresses were a little soft but otherwise good. View from the room and outside veranda were amazing. Would stay here again.

The room was very old and outdated. The bathroom was tiny with no place to put anything. The windows opened but didn’t lock so we felt the need to put our computers in our car trunk rather than leave them in the room when we left for the day. The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk to town in about 10 minutes and not pay to park there which is expensive. The view from the window was amazing as you could see percé rock and the bay. The hotel has a nice lawn right on the beach with several Adirondack chairs. This was the main redeeming feature of the place. There is also a really good restaurant beside it which I think is affiliated with the hotel.

La dame m’a donné une autre chambre face au rocher Percé qui valait plus cher car elle voulait que mes enfants se lèvent avec cette belle vue de L’auberge!
