"We stayed here for Oktoberfest. It is a very convenient location close to the train, which made it very easy to get anywhere in town we wanted to go. The bed was clean, very comfortable, pillows very large - it was perfect. Room came with small kitchenette, and there is a small grocery store a very short walk away, so we were prepared for all our late night snacks. Overall, amazing hotel, that is totally worth learning the train system to stay in."

"The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust."

"這次預訂了三間 其中一間出問題 聯繫很多次都沒有及時解決 出發前也寫信確認都說沒問題 到飯店後大約搞了一個多小時才處理好 結論是護照上傳有問題沒驗證完成 但來回溝通的過程收到的回覆都是沒問題 我也不知道是哪個環節出錯 還是得有人在現場協助 畢竟這飯店房間數很多"

"A good base well located and connected in Munich. You get what you see, basic but got all you need. You need a pin to access the lobby, I wasn’t sent this before arriving but they have a qr code to scan to get help, unfortunately the AI chatbot that it connects to isn’t fit for purpose and when it “connects” you to a human nothing happens. Others having the same issue at the same time as me. Really poor first impression. Once I was in the property the staff member was helpful and check in was...

"We booked the wrong date (still a week in advance), and shortly after booking (within hours), we contacted the company to have our dates changed. After numerous emails and calls between Expedia as well as the Brera group, all we needed was for Brera to agree to cancel the booking - Then we could've booked the following weekend for the price difference (which was more money for them). At first, they seemed amicable to the solution and agreed to help. After several days of AI generated responses,...
