"Hotel is beautiful, the staff was impeccable and the views from my room were superb! Right across the street from the mercedes benz stadium and a 5 minute walk to state farm arena! We were a bit bummed that the rooftop was closed but understandably so because they were shooting a show so we did not get to enjoy the one thing we were excited about however the location allowed us to explore other places. Will definitely stay again! "

"The room and hotel was clean. Fairly quiet it was busy weekend with prom and Cardi B in town made for great people watching in the lobby. Staff was nice and accommodating I would stay again. We were there for a hairshow right up the street. Didn’t need to use a car much everything was in walking distance. Loved it"

"Hotel was nice and staff was kind and helpful but the location is terrible. If you have a car or don’t need to leave the property much, it shouldn’t be too bad, but we ended up spending a lot of extra money on Ubers to get around."

"The whole place is under renovation. The pool is closed. I chose this hotel so I could do my water therapy while out of town and now.i can't. Only 1 washcloth in the room. They wanted to charge $16.00 pp for the continental breakfast (I can understand hot breakfast but not continental)!! Room has been abused. Management offered nothing!!!"

"front desk & auto delivery were excellent but the maintenance department is not motivated to do their job. Two examples: management posted a note not to waste water by letting the water run while brushing your teeth...but the toilet was running the whole time. I did a simple adjustment to the flushing mechinism to fix. the water spigot was totally loose on the bathroom sink. Its apparent that some staff members do not care about their job. we had breakfast one morning, our waiter disappeared for some reason, the other waiter would not pick up our food from the kitchen, it sat there for 10 or more minutes. Apparently that staff lacks teamwork."
