"Clean room, shower tiles were full of mold, I was unable to have a shower, the water temperature changed constantly either very hot or cold to the point that I had to redirect the shower head every time! Called the technical service, they made me change rooms to the one next door, the problem was identical in the next room, still can not have a shower, spoke to the hotel manager, she promised to call a special technical service the next day. I requested to be compensated but my request was denied! I was offered 20% off on my next stay there! I WILL NEVER stay there again!!!"
