"This was my 2nd time staying at Sanibel Beach Resort and it was just as good as the 1st time. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have slight mobility issues and my request for a room on the ground floor was honored. As a solo traveler I always felt safe in and around the resort and beach. My shell bag was filled with lots of new treasures. I will definitely stay there again."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. There are no bugs. The water pressure is good and there is hot water. This property is on the water and my room has an outstanding view down the canal. Each room has a private balcony and a kitchenette. My room faces west ,so the sunsets are gorgeous. "We love the convenient location of EBH. We also love that they have housekeeping services daily if you want them and laundry in each room. My only suggestions would be new pillows - they are very flat, small and uncomfortable, and the key cards can be a bit of a pain. They are very sensitive to erasing and needing to be reprogrammed a lot and they are just one more thing you have to carry around. I like the coded door locks they offer at other places, and they can be reset remotely for the next...

"I really enjoyed our stay at the residence Inn. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the free continental breakfast. I loved that the kitchen in the room had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the gym has a decent amount of equipment. It was great that they provided gallon bags at the icemaker. Although the room is not brand new and some areas could’ve been cleaned better. I was very happy with our stay."

"I've been staying at the Lighthouse for many years. I have to say, I'm not a fan of the late night ruckus at the teke hut. Not all of us seniors are trying to relive our youth. The motorcycles parked under the building reving there little motors with strait pipes at midnight is disrespectful."

"We came memorial weekend and there is a public entrance straight through to the beach it was unbelievably crowded with teenagers and adults. The other days were fine. But paying resort fees you would expect more privacy. Parking is also difficult. Fills up fast. When calling for refills for soap, towel, etc housekeeping is not available until after 3. Other than that the location is directly on the beach"

"The breakfast was terrible, the spa at pool was not working, they bare cleaned the rooms, we saw a couple of mice on the first floor .. housekeeping was not great.. the best thing about this hotel was it was not expensive it was close to all beaches.. it was fairly clean, but they could not make a bed and the phones and TV do not work"
