"We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"

"We checked in in the middle of the night and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Loved the lemon water in the lobby to fill water bottles. The place looked renovated, or in the process of renovation, but the carpets looked pretty gross. We would stay again!"
