"I have stayed at the hotel before. This time was different. It was ok but there were little things that were off. Locks on bathroom stalls missing, phones not working. The lobby was chaos. The breakfast was good, the rooms clean, valet service quick and effective. "

"It’s a nice hotel unfortunate that the Omni has no free coffee station, especially on the weekend. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order, pay and receive coffee. Only one bartender/barista making coffees. It’s a nice hotel but this is very inconvenient if you just want to grab a coffee. "

"Stayed for the World Baseball Classic so the location was great for getting to the stadium. The shuttle was convenient and the staff was fantastic and always helpful. Our floor was under renovations which was a bit annoying. We had to evacuate when the fire alarms had a false alarm and it took a couple hours for them to get the alarms off. The staff handled the situation the best they could and I was very pleased with their customer service. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall it was a fine experience highlighted by the customer service of the staff. "
