"There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv
The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell.
The room was clean and we had clean towls,
We didn't use the kitchen area.
The rooms are a really nice size.
Just needs updating.
Better locks on the doors,
Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival.

"room was well maintained. weather was great location perfect. pool was cold to the point of being unusable. indoor pool and hot tub closed when we tried to use them. buffet was repetitive. we were overcharged for our bill and had a hard time convincing the front desk attendant. quoted 60 euros for ride to airport and ended up paying 70"

"Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it.
With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out.
Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available.
It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is. "
